Project brief: Develop a design system for Panty Raid, a bimonthly stand-up comedy show where the lineup changes every show (and sometimes the venue too). The art direction should feel playful and kitschy, but functionally modular for constant iterations. Panty Raid’s conceptual core prioritizes legibility and joy, while still capturing the sensibilities of the show’s primarily femme and queer audiences.

The art direction for Panty Raid was inspired by your local baddie’s bedroom – vintage posters, sketchbook doodles, and objects strewn across a messy vanity.

Each Panty Raid show utilizes its own distinct color palette with a rotating collection of illustrations.

All shows have sold out in less than 48 hours.
